Booking and Scheduling: By booking a move with King D Pro Movers, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your moving requirements, including the date, time, and location of your move. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling based on availability and logistical considerations.
Payment: Payment for moving services is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods. Additional charges may apply for services requested beyond the scope of the initial booking.
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes to your move must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Changes to the scope of the move may also incur additional charges.
Liability and Insurance: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit, King D Pro Movers is not liable for any loss or damage to items being moved. We provide basic valuation coverage at no extra cost, with the option to purchase additional coverage for added protection.
Safety and Conduct: Our movers adhere to strict safety guidelines and professional conduct standards at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individuals from the premises who engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Indemnification: By booking a move with King D Pro Movers, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions, King D Pro Movers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your move without liability.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
Changes to Terms: King D Pro Movers reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or other appropriate means.
By booking a move with King D Pro Movers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms of service.
